Viewing, Cropping, Ordering & Delivery
Its really easy to get the image you want. Simply choose the event from the list above, browse the thumbnail images, and find your image. Once you've made your selection, use the PayPal buttons to add the image to your cart. When you are ready, simply follow the PayPal instructions and make your secure payment by credit card.
Alternatively, there is also a link to a printable order form below each image, which you can then send to us along with a cheque!
All orders incur a £1.50 P&P fee regardless of the size of your order.
Once you've made your payment, your images are processed by us to ensure you get the best quality print depending on your chosen image size. If you choose a Digital Download, there is a £1.50 processing fee (per order not per image) which will show as P&P in your PayPal cart. The Digital Downloads are processed and delivered by email normally within 8 hours.
As we are professionals, please note that we do not crop our images.
To ensure you get exactly
the same image you have chosen from our galleries, all our prints are "shrink to fit".
This means
you will normally see a white border around the image.
The size of the print ordered will be the overall size of the print, not the
printed area.
The size of the border
depends on the crop of the original image.
The major benefit of this is that when framing the print you will be able to use
the border for mounting and still see the complete image.
We strongly recommend using a professional framer for this service as they will be able to custom cut a mount for your particular image. Using a correctly cut mount and frame will enhance the image and ensure the image is protected from fading and moisture.
You should receive your finished print between 3-5 working days from placing your order. Most customers are pleasantly surprised to receive their prints the next day!
The prints you will receive are guaranteed light-fast for 150 years, and
printed on Fuji Crystal Archive paper. If you have any problems after 150 years,
come and see us... ;)
Please note that our 150 year guarantee applies to professionally framed and
mounted prints only.
Please also note that the customised nature of our goods means they are exempt from the "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" link to document. We are therefore only able to offer refunds in exceptional circumstances, and at our own discretion.
